AMPHL Champion = Special mention in the next AMPHL newsletter and in the next AMPHL conference program as an "AMPHL Champion Donor" and designation as Gold, Silver, or Bronze Champion based on amount of donation.
"Thank You Plaque" = Professional plaque to be displayed as you wish noting your generosity.
Free Space in Conference Program = Your corporation will receive advertisement space (you provide the ad) in AMPHL's next conference program accordingly:
* Donations of $2,500 or more = full page- valued at $200
* Donations of $1,000-2499 = 1/2 page- valued at $100
* Donations of $500-999 = 1/4 page- valued at $50
Free Literature/Product Display at Conference = A 1/4 table display of your corporate literature and/or product(s) (you provide the items) for one day at our next AMPHL conference display. Maximum number of tables will be determined by conference space. For non-donors, a fee of $25 per day per 1/4 table (smallest space available) is charged.
